What Changed

Microsoft will flatten Online Services price levels on 1 November 2025. Levels B to D will match Level A list price. Levelled SKUs remain on the pricelist with prices aligned to Level A.

Scope – Applies to Online Services in EA MPSA and OSPA. This includes Microsoft 365 Dynamics 365 Security Compliance Identity Management Windows 365 and Azure consumption. On premises software is not in scope.

Timing– Applies when you buy an Online Services product not yet on your Customer Price Sheet after 1 November 2025. Also applies to all renewals on or after that date. The 1 October 2025 price list preview reflects the change.

Contracts – VL Central carries the final EA capabilities. Agreements retires. EA document templates move to version 2026. Creation grace 30 days from 20 August 2025. Submission grace 90 days from 20 August 2025.

Reporting – Explore dot ms retires in phases. Use the Reporting and Analytics workspace in VL Central for exports and analysis with higher limits and better filters.
